For your business venture, drawing on what you have learned in previous Assignments and Lessons, prepare the following in business format (this would be a part of the Legal Section of your Business Plan); remember to include APA7 in-text citations and reference list.
- Identify your selection of business entity form for the company after considering liability, tax effects, the number of owners, and other factors. Explain your choice.
- Evaluate the business venture’s and your liability for federal, state, and local taxes; include your plan for staying legally compliant.
- The Legal Section of the Business Plan should also include an explanation of any intellectual property (i.e., patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets), and contracts that will be needed.
Do NOT submit an entire Business Plan; if you do, ONLY the Legal Section will be graded.
