When many people think of the word Chaos they instantly think of disorder, but the scientific term refers to an underlying connectedness that exists in random events, the focus is placed on hidden patterns, and the sensitivity of things, and the rules for how the unpredictable leads to the new things. (“A Brief History of Systems Science, Chaos and Complexity”, 2021).
Interconnectedness and uncontrollability are important characteristics of complex systems. What’s neat about complexity is that it can be any systems with more than three interacting variables, which is a common feature of the world that we live in. Complexity focusses on improving our ability to predict and control by aiming to understand the dynamics of relationships so that we can handle things more appropriately. (“A Brief History of Systems Science, Chaos and Complexity”, 2021).
I have experienced flow in the past, when I started a business venture a couple years ago, I was completely committed to the process and I felt such enjoyment and fulfillment. I was in the zone and completely focused.
